Our General Terms and Conditions apply in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. 

For travel services, the General Terms and Conditions for Travel Agencies apply additionally in their respective current version. 

The basis for each contract is the written proposal issued by Event Service RS GmbH, setting out the agreed scope of services, terms and remuneration.
