BAWAG P.S.K. invites its staff to a very special annual kick off: for the first time, 750 members of the sales department spend a weekend together. Acknowledgement and appreciation of delivered performances are clearly in the focus of attention. Reviews and outlooks, getting to know one another and „sharing experiences“ – all this not only aims at bringing staffers from all regions of Austria closer together, but also intends to generate maximum energy for the new business year. In a team effort, EVENT SERVICE RS develops the tailor-made format of this event and is responsible for its overall planning, production and realization.
The initial letters of the seven core messages constitute the motto „E-N-E-R-G-Y“ (or E-N-E-R-G-I-E, German for energy), which is transmitted on all channels. A traditional evening in a hut with a DJ and live music serves as an adequate ouverture. On Saturday morning, the management makes use of an impressive multi-media setting to inform the participants about results, targets and challenges. After lunch, 15 busses shuttle their passengers directly to the Postalm.
27 teams now have to master the seven-station obstacle course (E-N-E-R-G-I-E) in less than two and a half hours. Hosted by Tom Walek, activities like igloo-building, snow golf, biathlon, GoldNugget, BobSleigh, SnowTube and Skidoo-fun are in the foreground – while in the background logistics, technology and security, all based on two months of planning, unfold with peak-performance intensity. The center of the event is represented by an 80-meter Snow Bar, located next to the stage and the videowall in front of the Skidoo course finish area with the rider‘s paddock and the training track.
In the evening, several areas are activated: the change from the aperitif in the CircusCircus to dinner in the Do-X occurs via the terrace and is accompanied by core messages (hydro projection on the water stage). The dramaturgical setting for the teambuilding wrap-up with highlight fade-ins, victory ceremony and Sales Awards is provided by thrilling dance and power acrobatics show acts. Finally, an LED dance performance opens the MysticWorld behind the stage for the sales party. Sunday‘s program is characterized by regeneration and a stress-free bus transfer back to the point of departure.
This successful program by EVENT SERVICE RS is rewarded with the presentation of the Austrian Event Award in Bronze.
