During the anniversary year of its project partner, EVENT SERVICE RS stages the climax of the celebrations surrounding the 70-year existence of the Volkshilfe (People‘s Aid) by not only organizing a festive evening with a welcome reception, but also a ceremonial act, a banquet and an anniversary party on the premises of the Villa Blanka in Innsbruck. Apart from conceiving a high-quality event format, our field of responsibility encompasses the entire project management including budgeting, script planning and on-site direction of the production.
In the run-up to the event, the EVENT SERVICE RS team produces several videos, including the new image trailer „Eliminating Disadvantages, Enabling Success“, as well as an image film titled „(People`s) Success Aide“, which emphasizes the work and personal success moments of staff members at different locations. Children from the Kindergarten Hall explain the main topics of our project partner‘s varied range of social services via five funny video clips from the „people‘sTHINGY“-category. These clips also lead to corresponding onstage discussion rounds.
Hosted by Tirol‘s well-known TV voice Bernd Obermayr, officials, contemporary witnesses and guests of honor report on past performances and successes and also illustrate the country‘s future social challenges. Playfully interrupted by interactive quiz rounds with table votings in the festival hall during the People‘s Aid Anniversary Quiz, the festive evening comes to an atmospheric close after a dinner with fascinating interludes by magician Phanthomas and a perfect crossover music program by the Tyrolean „VolxxGang“.
