We develop formats, methods and content in line with the mission, strategies and culture of our clients. Our focus is to design solutions where participants are activated, involved and inspired and thus contribute valuable inputs for developments throughout the organization. This is even more successful when joint work is embedded in experiential formats and analog as well as digital impulses and interactions create additional emotions and strengthen relationships.
Methods and Modells:
Small to large group formats for "learning organizations", such as world cafés, future conferences, bar camps, scenario techniques with models of emotional intelligence, design thinking and open systems. In doing so, we develop tools tailored to the needs, such as analog and digital templates, learning maps or video impulses, among others. The results, or evaluations are secured in web magazines, knowledge balances, infographics or graphic recording.
By way of reference, we refer to services in the course of projects in and with our partner network:
Organisational development (OD):
Support in processes at the normative level (values, mission statement), development and/or implementation of strategy processes, support in "People and Culture processes", employee surveys, among others.
Human resource development (HRD):
Online trainings, learning videos, "Explainities", knowledge transfer and process implementation using digital and analog tools, blended learning, sales training, POS trainings, systemic leadership workshops, personal coaching, negotiation training, communication workshops, personality analysis, among others.
Team development (TD):
Team development in a holistic sense with impulses and actions for a "we"-feeling and the awareness to act with responsibility as part of the organization. Different building blocks are used in the application, this adapted to customer needs and development level of the teams.
With the attitude of "excellence" we use our in-house competences and strengths, as well as our diversified and interdisciplinary network.
